The 2022 Tackling Trauma Conference will feature the impacts of trauma on individuals, families, the workplace and the community. Description:  Tools to help support clients through their journeys 

Tiffaney has been working with all ages for over 15 years with a focus on counselling and wellness.  In 2020 joined Aspire Too Counselling working out of Prince Albert and Melfort locations.  Tiffaney’s approach blends clinical with holistic through supporting, encouraging and challenging clients toward their goals.  Change isn’t easy and it’s important to walk alongside an individual to arrive at a richer & fuller meaningful life.

Tiffaney has worked in various areas of mental health and wellness with a special interest in trauma, mental health, grief & loss and stress management. She is a Registered Social Worker and generalist practitioner who believes that each person has an inherent capacity to create change in their life. Tiffaney’s practice style incorporates a person-centred, strengths-based, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach.
